The contract is three years by design. The work is front-loaded so the value compounds over time.

We begin with a no-commitment site visit — no pitch, just a conversation about your operation and where the opportunities are. If there’s a fit, we agree the scope, sign the paperwork — NDA, SLA, contract — and set a start date. No prolonged sales process, no hidden small print, no surprises on day one. Site Assessment & Structure Design

We visit the site, understand the operation, assess the current compliance position, and design the hygiene function structure appropriate to your specific environment, product, and audit requirements.

Build & Embed

We build the full documentation suite — CICs, schedules, risk assessments, sign-off sheets — develop your supervisor, and embed the systems and culture that make the function self-sustaining. This is the intensive phase — and the most valuable.

Managed Maintenance

Weekly visits, monthly audits, independent reporting, and ongoing supervisor development. Your compliance function runs proactively — consistently maintained and measurably effective throughout the year.
